Money from ticket sales pay for website fees, virtual event space fees, transportation fees of art work, and menstrual products for in-kind donation. All extra funds will be equally divided to pay artists!Â

Land Acknowledgment
We wish to acknowledge this land on which the Triptych Toronto team, our artists and donors live, work, and operate. For thousands of years it has been the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe, and the Wendat, and is today the treaty territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land. Triptych Toronto believes in a future of a decolonized nation returning ownership and stewardship of the land to the Indigenous people residing in what we now call Canada.

The 519
Selected as a partner for their work supporting, serving, and providing space for LGBTQ2S people. They provide refugee settlement to counselling, offer free, accessible and accepting space where people can gather, organize and work toward common goals. The 519 also offers training, workshops, resources and consulting services that help improve the LGBTQ2S experience in Toronto and beyond.
Parkdale Community Foodbank
Selected as a non-profit partner for their commitment to the well-being of the Parkdale community. They have continued to bring attention to issues of food insecurity through the COVID-19 pandemic while supporting their clients with respect
We are committed to supporting our artists for the work they worked so hard to produce. All surplus generated from ticket sales and donations will be divided among participating artists.
2021 EVENT
Saturday, April 17 6-8PM EDT
The event will consist of a silent auction, featuring the artwork of recent graduates. The currency of the bids will be menstrual products. See EVENT CURRENCY for more. All attendees are encouraged to explore the virtual space and network with others, while viewing the artwork up for auction. Gather.Town will be the virtual hosting space for the event and can be accessed via desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.
All attendees must purchase a ticket to receive an event access code. Tickets start at $4 with the option to donate extra. All monetary profits will be equally divided to pay the artists for their essential contributions to the project.

Event Currency
Triptych Toronto's silent auction for its 2021 event will be conducted with menstrual and reproductive health products instead of monetary bids. Each piece will be auctioned with bids from one of the designated products. When placing your bid, indicate how many units you will provide in exchange for the art piece, and have it ready for pickup when a member of our team brings you your art piece.

Why menstrual products? For those with limited access to food, housing, or basic care items, bleeding comfortably and safely is not a luxury everyone can afford. People who menstruate are estimated to spend over $6000 CAD over the course of their life on necessary products. When funds are scarce, spending $10-$20 per period is not always possible. Everyone deserves to bleed healthily. Your contributions through the silent auction will ensure that members of our community are able to do so.
All items collected will be donated to our partnered charities. Only new, unopened products will be accepted. Our currency will be made up of these items below:
